The MSFileConv is a single file utility that can read in mass files in text format and output in various formats:

Formats that are handled are: mgm, pkx, pkl, and msm. As these formats contain almost the same information, conversion is more or less trivial. Some information will be lost in some cases.
In addition the program can read in multiple peak lists and combine them to a single gpm file.

The gpm format is a list of mass values separated by lines (TITLE=filename) indicating which mass file was used to generated the following list.
