ProteinXXX is the cross-linking feature of GPMAW v. 7.10 that is released as a separate program.
The program is available as a zipped library containing:
The program (proteinxxx.exe)
A number of mass files (.mss) that enables you to switch between various Cys modifications.
Also included is 'xlinker.rea' a file containing cross-linker definitions (can be easily edited from the program), and a sequence library with a few sequences to get you started working with the program.

To start the program, just unzip all the files to the same directory and double-click on the proteinxxx.exe file.
Note: this program is not guaranteed by Lighthouse data.
Relative to GPMAW, the program has a large number of restrictions, e.g. you can only load sequences from various sources, view, highlight, color and get sequence info in addition to the cross-linking feature. Mass files are static and cannot be modified from within the program. If you have an old version of GPMAW you can of course edit all the necessary files from within this.
