Dome of the changes that has taken place in version 7.02 are:

Mass search results: The results table has changed layout, with more information and configuration. Most of the columns can now be sorted. Furthermore, the search for defined disulfide bonded chains has been expanded. It is still limited to two chains, but they do not have to be limited by exact cleavage sites, and they may contain modifications. The mass input can now read a .pkl file containing multiple ms and ms/ms spectra (only ms values will be extracted). This feature is not documented, as it will be expanded in the next version.

Glycosylation analysis now has a search function for peptides and glycans only.
The glycosylation editor has a "base mass" function, this means that you can now use the editor for quickly checking different glycostructures.

Protein cross-linking has been expanded with ms/ms prediction. The result list has been upgraded with a display showing the potentially linked residues.

Mass search input can now accept input with 4 decimals (was accepted previously, but did not show).

A large number of minor changes have been made, among these:
Several tables can now be copied in HTML format (easier for reports).
Ms/ms graphs have large b- & y-ions
Error in handling modified residues in ms/ms analysis fixed
HPLC trace fixed
Change directory in protein explorer fixed
Error in "save with highlights" fixed
