GPMAW is a program for the detailed analysis of the primary structure of proteins and peptides. While the focus is on mass spectrometrical analysis, you also have access to a large number of physical/chemical data to correlate with your data..

Each version of GPMAW has its own lighthouse as splash-screen and CD-ROM print. Version 9.10/9.12 has the Kiama lighthouse from New South Wales in Australia.
